it is very much work in progress there changing the location and they still have to take down the old house

They're not changing the location, they're using the same house.

Are they changing the interior walls at all?
Achtung

I should imagine so, they've done that to some extent each time they've redesigned the house.

Why does eveyone say that there is gonna be a completely new location?!

It's going to be the same old house except a different design etc...

i can tell you that the BB6 house is definately still in Elstree Studios, I went their yesterday and they have a big skip outside taking parts of the old walls in them etc. As I was standing at the gate, i shouted over one of the builders, i was a bit cheeky and asked for a bit of the old wall (he wouldent give me any ) but i also asked what they will be doing next and he said "We will start putting up the new layout and design it all" - i then asked what the new design will be like. he said "Cant say" and walked off! lol - hope this confirms it for all of you!

Because some people are just thick - no matter how many times they're told they can't quite grasp it.

BB 3, BB4 and BB5 were in Elstree Studios, Herts
BB6 - Elstree Studios, Herts

Oh right, lol. Bow that's it! I can vaguely remember them saying something about Bow in the actual series, but I couldnt quite remember. I know that the Bbb1/2 house was in the middle of nowhere though, I still have some shots of the ariel view of the house..

It appears to be next to some kind of industrial district and it's right next to a lake, I personally prefer the Elstree Location

Okay people, the wait is over. My cousin is a builder working on the new Big Brother house. I have some EXCLUSIVE pictures of the new house. (the cameras aren't up yet)

This year we have a cosy log cabin feel, with individual rooms so its a lot less open plan. There are 2 secret rooms which aren't pictured, as decisions are still being made about them. And the garden is still in a state so there is no pics of that yet (but there is a pic of the sauna)

I cannot reveal my identity as my cousin would get into a lot of trouble. okay, here goes:

Bathroom

Livingroom

Kitchen

Bedroom

Dressing Room

Sauna

Oh, you see, we have to scramble the address of the pictures, we need to be able to show them on the web, but they dont want to put "bb6" or big brother in the URL because they don't want these exclusive pictures revealed for months yet.

if the pics are stumbled across then at least people think they are from a "home" website

OK, so let me get this right. Yesterday, bbvision posted to say that they'd been to the BB site in Elstree the day before, which resembled a building site and was told by a builder: "We will start putting up the new layout and design it all"

You also posted yesterday to show us pictures of the interior of the new house and gave the impression it was complete, apart from the garden and cameras needing to be put up. Blimey - your cousin and his mates must be quick workers to knock all that up in the space of 24 hours!

You never see the house until a couple of weeks before, usually in a mag like 'Heat'. And quite right - it adds to the anticipation.

I LOVE posts like Ray's at this time of year. One of the best bits about the lead up to Big Brother.

I went to see the original BB house in Bow during BB1. It was situated at the back of the Three Mills TV studios in Bow. There were some gas works nearby, but it wasn't really industrial - it was in the heart of the East End. You had to park in the Tesco car park right next to it and walk along the side of the studios by a canal, which brought you out to the little white bridge the HM's used to come running over to greet Davina. I didn't go on an eviction night, I went one sunny Sunday afternoon (just after Nick Bateman's eviction) and it was so very different to the Elstree set-up. You could walk right up to the gate (which was open) and there was just one security guy sitting there dozing on a chair! You could then follow a small path all the way round the parimeter of the house, so you were a stone's throw from the garden (I'm not surprised so many things used to get lobbed into that garden!) I remember a couple of kids turning up and shouting things out to the HM's and getting told off by security. The house looked tiny and thinking back now, it all felt really innocent and relaxed - obviously they had no idea how this thing was gonna take off!

I went to a couple of Celeb BB evictions this year up at Elstree - funny thing is, that's also right next to Tesco as well!! I've heard it mentioned about changing location for BB7 - hope it doesn't move too far away

The distinct lack of two way mirrors, for a camera run is also a bit of a giveaway!

The cameras will be hidden underground this year, as well as look down from above. due to health and saftey reasons, we are only allowed 1 large mirror in the dressing room.

we have planted a lot more trees in the garden which cameras will be attached to, thus looking like a forest.
