Zoe was less hyper than she is on ITT (It was always one of her failings), In a more structured show she was OK, I MUCH prefer Claudia who is unpreditable and witty. Zoe and Claudia might be a good pairing though.

The dress Zoe was wearing wasn't her at all. Last minute grab from the Tess or Claudia rail?!

That has always been a bugbear of mine with Tess. This may seem silly but her coming on with Brucie at beginning. You'd have thought she could have at least learned to move/dance but it was this ungainly stumble on each week. She never really connects with the dance element of the show. That is why I personally like Zoe on ITT as she has at least been there/done that/got the tee-shirt.

Tess should be left free of the jokes as it just doesn't work. It is as cringeworthy as Brucie on a bad day.

The very simple fact that Tess cant be arsed to call Ola by her name and still call her Oh la puts me right off Tess

She did OK at short notice, but she still talks too quickly than she need to and trips up a few times, the trick, is to say less.

Still prefer Claudia, she sees this show as what it is, it comes across so well.

I thought Zoe did well but much prefer Claudia. I don't mind Tess and although I know many adults don't appreciate her jokes but she did make my little girl laugh a few times tonight and I suppose they are catering for all ages.

As much as I like Zoe, I'd hate it if she took over from Tess or Claudia on the main show. She's too manic and treats everybody like they're her best mate. The show may be live, but it take skill to present as if time is not an issue and at the moment Zoe doesn't have the skill do do a whole show without seeming in a rush.

This this and a bit more this! Sack Daly, bring in Ball, stick Anton as ITT host when he retires dancing, since it's inevitable he'll be kept on the show beyond his dancing life. Sorted.

Zoe did a great job at short notice.
I like both her and Claudia (and find Tess okay too).
So I wasn't really bothered with the last-minute change.
I just wish Claudia's child well and am glad that SCD has three talented female presenters.

(Certainly better than Ronnie Corbett anyway!)

Yawn.

Why do people care? People were pronouncing it "Ohla" for years but now suddenly she's changed her mind and it's wrong.

I agree, Zoe always seems to be trying too hard. At first on ITT I felt she was imitating Claudia and it seems that no real personality of her own is coming across. It is also irritating the way she calls everyone by their surname.

I much preferred Zoe to Claudia's usual childishness. The show hasn't quite worked for me with Tess and Claudia presenting. I've always liked Tess and enjoyed it so much more tonight with Zoe.

I have to agree with every word of this

Personally I like Zoe better than Tess and Claudia simply because she seems much more genuine (Tess is a bit of a by-numbers presenters and Claudia, though witty, can be a bit arch.)
That said, I think Claudia is well suited to her new spot and Zoe is good on ITT, but I wouldn't miss Tess much, I'm afraid. Hope Winkleman jnr gets well soon.

She did ok, you could see she was nervous from the start (felt like she just didn't bother to read the script from the autocue and let Tess do the intro herself).

It does make you realize that Claudia is so much better and natural at this (which is odd, considering Zoe's background). Zoe could only think of the ITT joke of Russel Crowe, from what I remember (a scripted joke, at that).

Still, it is good to see that the show can run smoothly when one of the lead presenters is not there (for whatever reason).

A tip for the producers though, don't use Zoe (or Claudia for that matter) as a replacement for Tess when she is ill (or leaves or is otherwise not available).

Zoe was great tonight. I'm another who would prefer Zoe & Claudia in a combination presenting role. Both can handle the different aspects of the show & both are more natural presenters.

Well done Zoe!

I thought Zoe did a great job today. I wouldn't be against Zoe taking over from Tess and Claudia staying where she is. I always find Tess' attempts at telling jokes very stilted although she did make me laugh today when after the Addams Family performance The Thing hand was holding the 10 paddle and Tess said "Is that you Donny?".

Totally agree....Tess thinks she is wonderful......Claudia and Zoe is more down to earth

I enjoy watching ITT with Zoe and she has a great rapport with all the people that are on the show throughout the week.
I wish Tess would stop trying to do jokes, they come across ''forced''.”

Sorry, Tess is required to "do jokes" - they are on the autocue and they are there because they need time to change the sets for the next dance - it is live, whereas the Sunday show is a skilful edit of recorded slots.

At least Tess does not take the jokes and awful puns seriously, and the audience is never required to laugh!

Zoe did fine - the Beeb were lucky to have someone as good at that notice - but replace Claudia?? No way!

I mind. And maybe Ola minds.

I hate anyone getting the pronunciation of anyone's name wrong. I find it disrespectful.

Your name is something that defines you. Someone getting it wrong means they don't care whether you are defined as you or as something else. You, Omniconsumer (or should I say, Omcosmer?) don't care. Well that's fine but others (me principally) do.

I tell people how to pronounce my name all the time. It probably seems so little to those involved (certainly little enough for them to ignore my pronunciation and resort to their own ideas).

Yet I know how my name should sound. I hate it if someone says it incorrectly.
Maybe Ola doesn't give a toss. But nobody should dismiss the pronunciation of someone's name as "Who cares?"
