I prefer Zoe to Tess. Having seen the show tonight I'd love to have Claudia and Zoe as the shows presenters.
I just find Tess awkward and wooden. Zoe and Claudia are both much better. |

She fitted in seamlessly - by the time the first couple were getting their scores I didn't even notice there was anything different.
I adore Claudia more than life itself, but Zoe filled her shoes very well. |

She gave the show a pzazz that was somehow all about the show whereas with Claudia it's always all about her. The partnership is much better too. How ever much people like Claudia (and I do, although not on SCD) the Tess partnership just doesn't work.
I think he did a good job getting the dancers and celebs to say a little about how they thought they had done, rather then Claudia's ramblings. I think she had an easy rapport with them and I thought she did really well. I disagree with others saying it should be Zoe and Claudia as I think you need a steady presenter who will stick to the script and timings and then you can have another who is a little more free to go off script at times. I think the two of them together just wouldn't work. I hope Claudia's child gets well soon. |

However she settled in really well and I enjoyed her input on the show. As others have said on here, her obvious enthusiasm for the show and for dancing in general is infectious. |

I prefer her to Claudia too. Did not miss try hard Claudia. Zoe was so funny when she was doing the corny lines....she comes across so natural.

Yawn.
Why do people care? People were pronouncing it "Ohla" for years but now suddenly she's changed her mind and it's wrong. . I care , maybe Ola cares and it bugs me . So I will post that it bugs me and proclaim that I find it rude from Tess not to even make an effort to call Ola by her name |

She changed her mind !!! Ola has always known her name is Ola , James calls her Ola as do everyone else on the show . Time and time and time again Tess has heard it pronounced Ola and persist with calling her Ohla

It could very well be something to do with her accent. I have a similar one to Tess and I find saying "Ohla" sounds more natural for me. Frankly, it doesn't really matter.
If you're so bothered about pronunciation of names, maybe you should be as bothered about your spelling and grammar. But whatever , I cant be arsed arguing with you to be honest . |

It's surely about what I feel comfortable with. I don't really care what's good manners or not, because her name isn't even Ola anyway. (Oh, and I know someone who IS called Ola, and it's pronounced OHLA. It's only OL-A if it's spelt with two Ls.)
Frankly I'd have thought basic manners such as pronouncing someone's name correctly as the person themselves does is stating the complete and utter obvious... Anyway, back onto the topic of the thread, I thought Zoe was a breath of fresh air, just as Claudia was when she first stood in as a presenter. The difference having the ITT presenter brings is that that person really knows the celebs and pros, and it makes for much more natural and interesting post-dance chats and reactions. |

I just find Tess awkward and wooden. Zoe and Claudia are both much better. I actually feel Tess has grown into the main host role (and is certainly better than Brucie was) but of the three hosts this series I've prefered Claudia and Zoe to Tess. I wasn't expecting Zoe to host the main show and when she did I wasn't expecting her to be that good and she really surprised me. She came across well and warmly and like she was loving being part of the show and got on well with the contestants. I wouldn't mind her being back on the main show this series.

What matters is what you feel comfortable with? You don't care what good manners is? You know better than Ola herself how her name should be pronounced? Simply because you happen to know someone else who has a name spelled the same way and chooses to pronounce it differently? What would your acquaintance think if people decided to pronounce her name Olla rather than Ohla? And then stated that they didn't give a toss how she wanted her name pronounced because she was wrong because the dancer on Strictly pronounced it Olla. I'm genuinely stunned at the attitude this post appears to convey. |

I'd love to see what type of show Zoe and Claudia would do. I can imagine them bouncing off each other very well, as opposed to Tess looking vaguely murderous/terrified when Claudia goes off script.
One thing is for sure, I don't miss Bruce. |

Another tick for Zoe here - I thought she did a great job and wouldn't be sad to see her again - although obviously I hope Claudia's child gets better very soon!

Over the years I've never been fond of Zoe but she was fantastic this weekend and hats off to her for it.
It would be great to see her and Claudia as a duo act on SCD. Well done to her. |

I think Zoe was a great success and her "interviews" with the dancers was much more relevant and enjoyable.
She is clearly very bright and media savvy, much taller than Tess in so many ways. |
