It would be cruel to give Judy the jive or the samba
And Allison the rumba

If everything comes together, and the stars align, I can just see Sunetra feasibly getting a 10, from either Len or Bruno. If she sorts out her shoulders I'd say it's 8999 = 35/40 minimum, barring mistakes.

I think everyone might be doing different dances this week, here's a reminder of what they have left:

Alison: Ballroom - Quickstep, Waltz, Viennese Waltz, AT; Latin - Salsa, Paso Doble, Rumba, Charleston (most likely Charleston as she was meant to be doing it for Halloween)

Caroline: Ballroom - Foxtrot, American Smooth, Waltz, Viennese Waltz, AT; Latin - Salsa, Jive, Charleston (should be doing a Ballroom, she hasn't done a dance with lifts yet so either AS or AT I think)

Frankie: Ballroom - American Smooth, Viennese Waltz, Quickstep, AT; Latin - Salsa, Jive, Samba, Rumba (could be either, I expect her to get a party Latin out of the way so either Salsa or Samba methinks)

Jake: Rumba already confirmed

Judy: Ballroom - Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, AT; Latin - Jive, Salsa, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble (I'm expecting a Latin and I figure it might be the Salsa, what with her doing 2 dances with lifts on the trot.)

Mark: Ballroom - Foxtrot, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Waltz, AT; Latin - Salsa, Charleston, Rumba (I'm figuring a Ballroom and probably one of the Waltzes)

Pixie: Ballroom - American Smooth, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz, AT; Latin - Cha Cha Cha, Salsa, Paso Doble, Charleston (another who could be either, and who hasn't done a dance with lifts yet. I doubt she'll do one this week so I think she'll be a Cha Cha Cha-er)

Simon: Ballroom - American Smooth, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Waltz, AT; Latin - Cha Cha Cha, Salsa, Samba (expecting a Ballroom for him, and I'm guessing a Quickstep)

Steve: think he's already been confirmed as doing the Paso Doble.

Sunetra: already confirmed as doing the Foxtrot.

She was never meant to be doing the Charleston for Halloween. It was mentioned that a Charleston had been choreographed for Alison, but it didn't refer to a week.

I believe it was also said by Alison on the results show last week and on ITT on the Monday that she was doing the Charleston, not just from that tweet.

Anton at the end of the results show said that he and Judy were going to get through the week by "doing the same dance", it was clearly a joke but could it have had a grain of truth in it? Foxtrot maybe?

Nope, I've looked through last week's thread and it was only mentioned on the choreographer's Facebook page. They wouldn't change somebody's dance that late in the process.

Hmm, I've just gone through the threads myself - I was mistaken on Alison saying it in the results show (must have got confused with a previous week), but I was sure that Craig had said she was doing Charleston on ITT which is why everyone was like when she was doing the American Smooth? The tweet came before Monday's ITT - either my memory is even worse than I thought it was or Alison's did get changed and Craig wasn't aware of it.....

Either way, think we can safely assume she's doing it this week - surely it wouldn't be choreographed THAT far in advance?

I think Judy having the Paso is damage limitation compared to the other Latin possibilities. She has her highest score to date with the Tango which she can use to her advantage, it'll probably be easier for Anton to smuggle a lift or five in by passing them off as throws or drags or god knows what, and is more likely to get 'well, that wasn't too bad, I guess' votes rather than ones out of pure sympathy.

Well, I say all this, when I know I'll be eating my words this time next week when she's voted out after a routine which she spends flying around the studio like Marge Simpson's Blanche DuBois whilst being chased by Anton to the tune of the Macarena.

Well, at least he can throw her into the audience again

Perhaps damage limitation, though walking around like a plank is not a good look in a Paso (in a tango you can really use that to your advantage).

Assuming that Steve does indeed have the Paso, it would leave us only with Alison, Sunetra and Pixie to do that dance. As Pixie has already done the rumba, I am expecting her to skip it for a while (until the semi's?). Which might mean that either Alison or Sunetra have it in Blackpool (last year we had, 2x Paso, 2x AS and 2x QS).

Caroline and Pixie go another week without doing lifts then, I wonder what's the longest time that someone has gone without doing a dance involving lifts? (of front-runners anyway)

Alison & Aljaz - ? (poss Charleston as we thought she had that last week?)

Oh great, probably means that the Foxtrot is the only double dance this weekend (the comparison probably means that Sunetra is destined for 8's max; you can fill in a 31 score).

That was totally me (I've got a screen shot of Jenny Thomas' post to prove it ) but I guess there is some earlier prep work? I wonder if A&A also started working on it last week or if it was just JT and her assistant Scott Cupit (who I worked with on Saturday and he said LOVELY things about Anton, interestingly enough).

Alison and Charleston should be good

Im really struggling to think who could be in the bottom 2 this week

The Paso is perfect for Judy and honestly I dont see her landing in the bottom2 with that dance.

The charleston is perfect for Allison imo and I think that she could possibly have a bottom 2 bounce....

Now that leaves WHO for bottom 2 Another shocking one, me thinks..........

Can't wait for Caroline & Pasha - been desperate for them to do the Waltz for a while and I have high hopes.

Think Alison will get a bottom 2 bounce as it's a fun dance which should suit her.

Paso was best case scenario with the latin's for Judy - I think it could be one of, if not her best dance which is exactly why I'm saying it could be her turn to go, similar to Scott last week.

Sunetra's another who I'm looking forward to. Love her in the ballroom and with Brendan, it's a win-win.

Think this could be Simon's best ballroom dance but again, I think he could be in the bottom 2.

Looking forward to Pixie and Trent - this could be the week where she gets a 10 if she clicks with the dance which I'm sure she will. Not sure about Jake and Janette in the Rumba - snake hips should come in handy though!

Yes I think Alison will be good at the Charleston and Antons fans will vote so that they make it to Blackpool, this week is hard to call Simon is the only one I think will be in trouble just now.

nope think people got a shock with the Thom/Simon bottom 2 and think Paso will be awful on judy and alison does not move her legs and charleston is all legs so I think those two for the bottom 2
