He obviously does now since he's collected bodies/souls from Victorian times and the far future.

His last TARDIS was probably destroyed/lost at the end of the Universe.


He flees there during the Time War and uses the Chameleon Arch thus forgetting about his TARDIS. As Yana he travels from world to world as the Human race struggles for survival.

I'm hoping that the crew wheeling the red phone box in to an obvious position on DW Extra is more than just reminding overseas viewers that they're in London

Hoping that by the finale's end, Missy will have retreated to one of them and slip away off in to space and time - a reinstated presence in the Whoniverse, just as Moffat did with the Daleks.
