RTD has strong companions but not so much as they completely obliterated the importance of The Doctor, I have enjoyed some of this season but overall it has been Moff recycling his own plot lines and trying to further retcon the RTD era.
I hope this is his swansong and we get a new show head soon, the ego of the Moff has overtaken the show
