Yep, +1 for Three's great customer service from me too.
I've had several examples of it over time; handling a direct debit mess (that a certain bank with all UK call centres refused to even acknowledge), network and coverage queries, technical issues, billing etc. I mean, call backs 4 or 5 weeks later? From the same advisor you spoke to in the first place (or the particular advisor who took ownership of your query)? Don't see that too often at all, from anywhere, let alone other networks.

Quite. This place is obsessed with the Three network though, to both extremes, so I can't say I'm surprised someone's getting huffy about this thread.
