I just looked back at his auditions and he has a much better voice than Jack or Jake. Why he didn't get through in the boys category I don't know. Without him SK would not still be in the competition....they won't last much longer anyway. I can't see much of a future for SK but James should have a decent solo career ahead of him.
He is amazing and I think he is good looking and without them even though I love Stereo Kicks they would have been one of the first eliminated because James makes the group.
He is a good enough singer to return as a solo vocalist at some point. Being in a group will hone his stagecraft.
