I use mine a lot and I love it. Have had it I'd say for about 18 months now I think. My favourite is still the following:

Frozen berries...strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)...only filled to less than a quarter of the tall cup
Lots of Spinach
Lots of Ginger (I'm obsessed with Ginger...the more the better)!!
Tablespoon of 0% fat greek yoghurt
Huge heaped tablespoon of flaxseeds
Half a banana

I usually also add a scoop of protein powder as I go to the gym a lot, however you don't have to.

You just said you can't drink fruit smoothies.
I'm not prying so I apologise for mentioning it.

Any other liquid - water?
Do you freeze the spinach?
It freezes well. It doesn't bind and you can scrunch a handful of loose leaves to take up less room in the Bullet.
Same with kale.

I can drink them, but they will adversly affect my blood sugar levels. I found this out after buying the item.

But it would be better to have a fruit smoothie than a bag of jelly babies.

But TBH I wanted to add more veg and seeds to my diet but the savoury smoothies don't sound as appetising as the fruit ones.

I don't make 100% of either veg or fruit.
I combine them.
Today I used betroot, carrot, celery and cucumber with apple and orange
It also had a dash of seeds and oats that I blitzed to powder with the flat blade beforehand.

Made with water or milk?

Not sure I would be alright with that mix, does it taste savoury or sweet?

Water - and, I forgot, natural yogurt.
If I need a sweetener I'll add a spoon of xylitol - a natural, healthy alternative to sugar.
You can find varieties of it on the supermarket shelves alongside the sugars and sweeteners. I got mine in Sainsburys.
Try that or a squirt of organic honey.
I don't use it often because of the natural sugars in fruit.

Earlier this week I bought my daughter a "bullet" type extractor.
Lidl were selling copycats at £29.99.
I thought it would be "ok" as her blender had packed in.
She and her partner are into fitness routines and they have an infant.

I kept it at ours for her to collect.
We checked it out yesterday evening.
Every part is interchangeable with the NutriBullet - blades, cups, lids.
It's a 700W motor - the NutriBullet is 600W.
Visually they appear identical.
The only issue can be the quality of the blades and motor - only time will tell.
I have no experience of Lidl's returns policy on electricals.
John Lewis offer an extended warranty and I've found their customer service to be exemplary.
