Kick out Malicious B and bring back Nicole.

I would like to have Olly, Dannii, Simon and Paloma Faith. The panel needs someone relevant, not two washed up ex girl group members with very limited vocal abilities and a band manager from the 90s who can't mentor to save his life. Paloma and Olly are both relevant and would increase viewers to the program, both of them also know the current music charts, Simon can cover the producer side of things and Dannii would be brilliant as she knows how to mentor and judge, she also knows how harsh the music industry is and whats it like to be on XF.

I doubt Cheryl will be back next year now her solo career is back on track, Louis is practically part of the furniture and I would imagine Mel would stay depending on her other judging roles/living in the USA. X factor just hasn't recovered from it Golden Era (2008-2010).

Personally i think panels can be changed but no more than 1 change.

as someone said earlier, losing 3 judges in 2011 really affected the show as we had just got used to a panel for 3 years and it was working. We then had to reinvest our opinions into an almost completely new panel.

Id replace Mel with Tulisa next year. The year after Louis with someone like Gary or Olly.

then try and keep the same panel for as long as it works.

I like Olly Murs music, but as for being a judge..................I couldn't take his relentless "cheeky chappy from Essex" routine week after week.

Surprised some people want Mel replaced! I'd say if there's a chance to get Dannii back then fine replace Mel with Dannii but i don't see that happening.

I would just stick with the panel they have. They can't keep changing every year. For this is the best panel since 2010.

As a huge fan of The Spice Girls i am a fan of Mel B's but i don't think she's all that to be honest. I don't always agree with what Cheryl says but most of the time i think she has it right.

Lots of people keep saying we should have relevant and current judges on the panel, but at the end of the day, this will never happen, as the judges that are picked are picked due to their entertainment value with the public. However, how the producers think that Louis and Cheryl are entertainment beats me.......

Olly may be current, but he isn't interesting enough and as much as I like Paloma Faith, her unique personality might start grating after the first couple of weeks and imo she isn't mainstream enough for the saturday night audience watching the show.
