Actually no and yes lol - Lancaster is the only city in the area, but the local radio covers our city (where it is based in North Lancashire and then it extends into the South Cumbria/South Lake District! So Paul's catchment area is Barrow, ulverston, Windermere, Kendal, Lancaster etc - look the area up on the map? That will help!
