Correct me if I'm wrong but normally by this point (especially since we've lost nearly half of the acts) we would normally have the Daily Star or The Sun announcing their shock at *insert name* being top of the votes where such amazing / show-favoured acts aren't getting the votes. Although these headlines used to be met with scepticism by most, they always proved to be spot on when the stats were released at the end of each season.

Examples I remember seeing were:

Season 5 - Eoghan constantly topping the votes whereas the likes of Laura and Alexandra were suffering.
Season 6 - Mentioned Danyl was up there and even Rachel A topped the votes big band week!
Season 7 - Chris Maloney topping the votes each week, threatening the likes of Ella and James.

This makes me think that this year, with the distinct lack of vote leaks, the GBP are actually voting "correctly" (in the eyes of the producers)?

So do you think the likes of Lauren, Ben, Andrea (and even Fleur and Jay) are sitting comfortably at the top? Will we expect "leaks" if the likes of Paul, Stevie and OTY start snapping at their heels?!

They dont normally come out this early do they but I predict will get one when are down last 4 or 5

Im pretty sure the top 2 in the voting will be Andrea and Lauren then it will Paul, Fleur, Jay, Ben in that order

I would imagine that Lauren will probably be topping the voting at the moment, as the interest in Andrea is gradually decreasing.

There used to be so many vote leaks that turned out to be rubbish. I remember Jedward's year lots of claims of them topping the vote which was never the case... Actually I'm sure I saw a post on here a few days ago claiming Stevi was topping the vote! That seems incredibly unlikely.

I think that Andrea topped the vote in the first two/three weeks but I think Ben topped the vote last Saturday - at least during the flash vote.

The vote leak normally comes after the fifth or sixth live show though so maybe we will still get one. I'm assuming that Andrea and Ben are running away with it with Lauren in 3rd place and Paul 4th. Then I expect Fleur and Jay to be polling mid-table with Only The Young, Stereo Kicks and Stevi near the danger zone (although I think Stevi got a decent percentage of the vote last week).

I dont think the interest for Andrea is stopping, so we will get a few more weeks of him being thrown under the bus. Everyones like him...kids, teenagers and adults. All he has to do is put on a huge performance like Listen/Earth Song/I Didnt Know My Own Strength perhaps once every 2 weeks and he can win it.

I think that Andrea might pull off the Matt Cardle...including the part where he is not getting post show success...Lauren might pull off the Rebecca Ferguson and that could include post show success....the key words in my post are "could" and "might"...

I thought that Fleur would be the Rebecca Ferguson type one, but i dont see any improvement with her.

In terms of voting I reckon Andrea will be leading the way almost every week.

Leaks came out about Janet topping the votes every week except for Amelia returning to beat her, and Sam/Nicholas topping the votes.

Thing is Sam and Nicholas were topping every week , so that could be any week...

I wouldn't be surprised if Andrea has topped every week, even after slipping a bit last week. I think if they continue to give him bad songs for him though he'll lose momentum by about week 7/8,

As much as I am interested in a leak on voting to see how things are going, I am not sure that a) we could trust it or b) see it as an indication of who will win. Things could chagne drastically for all sorts of reasons. I do find it strange that people are saying Fleur is leading, or some say Ben and some say Andrea lol. Would love just out of badness for someone else to be in the lead (anyone not fussed)

Yes, unfortunately the show hasn't given anyone a decent chance. I really was hopeful for Leah as I thought she was utterly amazing. Say what you like about X Factor, but you do have a much better chance of a career than The Voice gives you in my opinion.

Becky Hill has had two top 10 singles, one of which was a number 1 - so it's not all bad.

However after 4 series, there should be more to show for everything than 1 number 1, a few top 40 singles and a couple of top 10 albums - there is just nothing post show (or during show) that really helps to show off the acts to sell.

I think the attempt to throw him under the bus last week has backfired some thankfully, he come across as a good sport, didn't throw a strop unlike some of the others, plus he sang his way out of it and showed that he can sing other songs than ballads.

I'd imagine when they want rid of Stevi they'll do what they did with Wagner and Jedward and feed the line of them topping/ doing well in the voting. Bung them on at the beginning with an ok song and give him ok praise.

I think it is almost certainly Andrea, Lauren, Fleur, and Ben, with the others quite a long way behind now, and the betting seems to verify this.

Betting odds mean sweat FA in terms of the voting. I would say one or even two of the four you've listed aren't doing that well and someone like Stevi and Jay probably are doing a heck of a lot better than expected
