http://www.coffee-direct.co.uk/

I have been using the above site in my coffee exploration because it is UK based, quick to deliver and reasonably priced.

I have just finished my exploration of African coffees and here are my favourites.

Harrar Longberry - http://www.coffee-direct.co.uk/coffe...rrar-longberry
Kenya Peaberry - http://www.coffee-direct.co.uk/coffe...kenya-peaberry
Kenya AA - http://www.coffee-direct.co.uk/coffee/origin/kenya-aa
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - http://www.coffee-direct.co.uk/coffe...an-yirgacheffe
Kenyan Blue Mountain - http://www.coffee-direct.co.uk/coffe...-blue-mountain
Kivu - http://www.coffee-direct.co.uk/coffee/origin/kivu

I liked others but these were the standouts for me. Feel free to share your own coffee exploration experiences.

What are your favorites globally?

A company I been using because it is localish to me is James Gourmet, great coffee, not that I have used them for a bit as I can not use the espresso machine at the moment.

But once I am able to I will get some more coffee from them.

I love Colonel Grumpy’s Chapin Blend – Los Amigos

I have used Coffee direct in the past and they do have some nice coffee, but once I tasted some of James gourmet coffee in a local cafe, I was hooked.

It's a work in progress. I'm fairly new to the coffee world (I previously drank nothing but Nescafe Gold) so am open to suggestions.

Today I am enjoying some Blue Sumatra.

What are you using to make your coffee, also are you grinding them or buying them already ground?
Best to buy them not ground and buy a decent grinder, they will stay fresher that way.

I've been using a cafetiere (been thinking of getting an aeropress though) mostly and buy the coffee pre-ground. How much is a decent grinder anyway?
