Both have been inspired by Broadchurch and the plot and fallout of Glue is similar to how I've pictured the Lucy storyline to end up. Has anyone seen Glue? It's a murder mystery series effectively and the final episode includes flashbacks of the night the murdered boy died and it all builds up to the scene where he was killed.

I really hope the producers are going to take this route with the Lucy storyline. A whole episode showing the events of the night she was murdered is essential in my opinion.

The flash backs would be good but I don't want them have visions of Lucy in the present like they did in Glue with Cal

I watched Glue and I was disappointed to discover
Spoiler
- major let down in what was a brilliant series - I wouldn't like EE to go down the same route

I do however think EE have missed a trick in not doing flashbacks - the 'who killed Lucy Beale' SL would definitely benefit from flashbacks - there is so much we don't know and that we need to know!
