You need links to get any feel of the level of confidence.

Guestimates, as always. Just wilder ones then.
I always sense that those Kantar surveys must reflect the 'participants' more then estimations that get derived.

They're not guesses haha.

It's just information I have access to that not everyone else does.

Apple has now sold through more than 5 million smartphones in the UK during 2014 as of October 31st.

Sold through = sold to end user.

http://www.digitimes.com/news/a20141110PD201.html...A majority have always been happy to be behind that top end tech curv.e
But once we have 2K 1080p and 2GB Ram as standard, where next is the growth ?

OLED maybe. It thus becomes very affordable for profit chasers,
Only anecdotal, but having just bought a new 2K 1080p for £150 I'd say the top end has certainly peaked.

Yes, the 2K+ 2560x 1440 screens are now the expensive ones but it is simply not that giant step up that was. Accordingly, the LG G3 retails unlocked for as little as £300.I'd guess that so many of those who bought high end last year are simply not out there needing to buy again.

It looks very similar to tablets , but less pronounced with contracts being a sales buffer zone.
