I'm looking at a Belkin car cradle on their web site and want to know about their returns policy. But the site keeps defaulting to Austrialia and live chat seems to have died. Has anyone out there had experience of returning something to Belkin if it turned out to be unsuitable?

Buy it from somewhere like maplins and I don't think you'd have a prob.

I would if Maplin sold the Belkin F8J132btBLK Car Navigation + Charge Mount for iPhone 5/5s. But I can't find anywhere I can go to actually see the product.

Quite so, but my OP refers to the UK refunds policy. Follow the refunds link on the UK web site and it takes one to the Australia and New Zealand web site.

Thanks Stig, that's helpful. Ideally I'd like to find somewhere where I can actually see the item, but no 'High Street' store seems to stock it.
