Great tunes but I wouldn't say most of them were Classic Rock by any stretch
Well they are favourites and then I thought well, what is classic rock?
It did mean that late 60s, early 70s stuff at one stage but does it still only include that?
A lot of that is 70s anyway. Maybe not Dept S, ok.

It looks like I'm not the only one perplexed by this.

What is Classic Rock?

The definition of Classic Rock.

Classic Rock is just a marketing term.

When I have my next chill - out bottle of wine I'm going to play the music on this thread

For the person who mentioned Mott the Hoople I have on my table beside me here now a record album of theirs - 'Wildlife' Ian Hunter et al all moody in a wood on the cover - Numbers = Whisky Women, Angel of Eight Avenue, Wrong Side of the River, Waterlow, Lay Down, It Must Be Love, Original Mixed Up Kind, Home is where I want to be, Keep a'knockin.

A liitle more Deep Purple - Smoke on the Water- jerky, b&w, out of sync, but evocative of the age so I'm leaving it on.

I thought I'd listed him, but I obviously forgot.

My favourite Neil Young song is My My, Hey Hey (Out of the Blue).

I'd also like to add

Jefferson Airplane - Wooden Ships
Montrose - Space Station #5 (although this is probably more heavy metal)
