well yeah people age, tbh I think they look better as features more defined but they do look a little tired...not surprising given their tour schedule
I used to have completely age-inappropriate feelings about Zayn, considering I'm almost old enough to be his mum. 
But he's not looking great. It might be age, or it might be the hideous styling... That hairstyle belongs on some greasball mafioso, not a heart-throb in a boy band.

I used to think Zayn looked good, but he looked rough tonight - hate that long hair. But what about Harry Styles? I had to ask my daughter who he was! What's with his awful hair now, not only too long but greasy looking? Liam seems to have put on weight. Odd mow that Louis is the only one who looked ok, when he used to be the least significant one.
I think they're all really nice looking young men.
They'll try out a whole lot of looks during their career, I should imagine.

I think their performance skills have improved and all of their voices have improved to greater or lesser degrees.
