Would Sam Cooke count as big band? Or Stevie Wonder? The Supremes? Think they would suit Lauren's voice anyway. Diana Ross has a similar "light" voice.

Stevie will be prancing around whatever he does and wearing spats and braces and a hat and a stick on mustache a la Bugsy Malone.

Stevi- Mash up of, Rythm of Life/Magic Moments
Ben- The Wanderer
Fleur- Mack the Knife
Jay- Moon River

Only the Young- Somethin' Stupid
Stereo Kicks- Hit the Road Jack

Andrea- Return to Me

Lauren- When I Fall in Love”

BIB That could remind people of Abi and Sharon's comment about putting the kettle on...

1) Dear god not Proud Mary, apart form anything else it's not a Big Band song.

2) No Johnny B Goode does not count. You have just insulted every guitarist in the free world.

Other than that we will have to wait and see.

What about Cant Take My Eyes Off You for someone

Don't know that much about what "big band" songs are but I do expect that Fleur would stop singing any kind of songs which prevent her from doing the dance, curve, and groove she had previously done. She's more than just singer! She's performer, and the great one!

OTY should be given a song which can shows their vocal ability, 4 of them. Forget the funny-cheesy-energetic kind of stuffs and do a proper ballad instead. It would surely alter people's opinion about their image as a kid band and something. Besides, Mikey can dance, that's another thing to be shown on the live show! A mashup of ballad and dance track would fit them perfectly I reckon.

Lauren should stop making everyone listening her voices sleepy and bored! Her voice is not so 'diva' so why should she glue her feet to the ground... ?????

Fleur - Bang Bang (although her hint leans more toward something from Christina Aguilera)
Jay - Moon River
Ben - Mack The Knife
Stevi - That's Life

Stereo Kicks - Smile
Only The Young - To Love Somebody (Michael Buble version)

Lauren - Cry Me A River

Andrea - Feeling Good

They might sit her on a swing like Diana

I expect Stevi will do a big number - possibly in top hat, tails and a cane

Could he do 'There's No Business Like Show Business'

Could Only The Young do a track from the recent Bennett/GaGa album

I'd love to see Fleur do Natalie Cole - This Will Be (An Everlasting Love.) She'd be great at it!

1) I know it's Rock'n'Roll but it's still been used before with a Big Band production so why not again?

2) The same goes for JBG. I know it's a Rock'n'Roll song but I can imagine it with a Big Band production. And looking on Youtube, it seems I'm not the only one. Hardly insulting.

'Sir Duke' by Stevie Wonder could work but I don't know what else from him. The Supremes are Motown.

Ben doing Georgia or A Change Is Gonna Come would be absolutely fabulous. I know neither are strictly big band but they could work. Fleur could do well with Fever, God Bless The Child or They Can't Take That Away from Me

It doesnt have to traditional big band songs, Paul Anka had an album out called Rock swings..where he done covers of popular rock songs. it was surprisingly not bad.

They are actually not bad but dont know if the X Factor viewers would like the obvious change to the original versions but I personally would like a change rather than the same predictable big band tracks being covered. ,

The song choices have become to predictable after 11 seasons. I would like a change as well. why would anyone want to hear singers just doing carbon copies of classic songs.

Only The Young should do Valerie by Mark Ronson/Amy Winehouse.

If we're talking songs that just have an orchestra in them, Lauren could do a Lana Del Ray song

Is that your prediction or is it confirmed? That'd be a great and inspired choice if so.

I'd love it if Andrea did something with some Italian in it - how about That's Amore?

But people keep mentioning those songs...I'll be very surprised if those are allowed on the song lists...
