I've been with three for years, changing my contract every couple of years to get different deals.
I changed my contract on Friday and since then I can only make calls to other three phones and nothing else. I keep getting a message to say I've used my allowance, which I haven't done and three are aware of this.
I've been phoning three for the past 3 days and been passed from person to person, I've been kept holding on for absolutely ages, cut off twice and no one has a clue what the problem is.
Has anyone any ideas what the problem could be or has anyone had this happen to them and if it was resolved?
