I can't make any calls except to three network

I've been with three for years, changing my contract every couple of years to get different deals.
I changed my contract on Friday and since then I can only make calls to other three phones and nothing else. I keep getting a message to say I've used my allowance, which I haven't done and three are aware of this.
I've been phoning three for the past 3 days and been passed from person to person, I've been kept holding on for absolutely ages, cut off twice and no one has a clue what the problem is.
Has anyone any ideas what the problem could be or has anyone had this happen to them and if it was resolved?

Only Three CS can sort this. For whatever reason it appears you only have Three to Three minutes left. Im guessing you have a cap so you cant go over your allowance? They may need to remove that then re-apply it later.

Thanks for the reply, the cap was removed incase that was causing the problem that was on Saturday, it hasn't helped, but I do still have 500 minutes and just under 2000 three to three minutes so I'm definitely not over my allowance.

You've somehow used your allowance. Check your MY3 account.

Hi, thank you for the reply, I've checked my account and three have checked it as well so they are aware I still have minutes. They check it each time I phone in and there has been no change.

Then complain and get money off your bill!

In the mean time just use text I guess.

I've made a complaint now, I checked the phone history and there isn't anything odd on there, I've tried the SIM card in another phone and it's the same message.
I can text, but really need my phone, I was just hoping that someone may have had the problem before and could help. I will try and make it into a shop tomorrow, perhaps they can advise.
