Thanks for posting these. I know he's the best singer in SKs and he has masses of presence but as a solo artist he comes across amazingly. Why on earth wasn't such a talented and likeable young man picked on his own

I agree I dont understand why they didnt put him through as a soloist he is amazing and the main reason why I love Stereo Kicks.

I think the reason they put James in the boy band was purely so that the boy band would have one outstanding singer who could do the majority of the main vocals, like how Ronan Keating was the main vocalist in Boyzone.

Jake was so weak in comparison, had they made James a solo act and put Jake into the boy band there would've been no members capable of providing the main vocals and they would've sounded hideous with 8 average voices all singing together.

I really doubt Stereokicks are going to work out, he should come back as a soloist next year again. He's a brillaint and was so much better than Jake and Jack.

He would be favourite to win if he was rightfully put through in the boys category.
He just ticks every box...amazing voice, incredibly handsome, charismatic.
He just needs to work on his "singing face" and tone it down a bit.

Does anybody know what happened to James early on at Boot Camp and why he did not go through to the chairs part of the show?
He is clearly a better singer than either Jack or Jake and must have been gutted.
