Deactivating Twitter account?
Does anybody know the answer to this: if you deactivate your Twitter account then can you reactivate it at a later date? I want to hide my tweets because I've applied for a job & I don't want the prospective employer seeing my tweets (well some of them).

Based on what I've read, you can deactivate your Twitter account but you have 30 days to reactivate it again as it will be deleted permanently after that time frame.
Never thought that a twitter account is necessary for applying for jobs? Better deactivate and start a new one if you want to delete everything to be safe. |

Just add the option to protect your tweets.
