Yep, as expected, Gemma Hayes has been added. It is another brilliant album. It's called Bones & Longing and I heartily recommend it.

I agree, this year has been poor.

My favourite is probably Miranda Lamberts 'Platinum', but considering it's my least favourite album of hers, that's not really saying much.

Sam Smith comes a close second, but again, it's not a fantastic album either.

A masterstroke of a record!! I easily place it as my favourite of this year, with Iron Sky as imo the song of 2014.

Ignore this, my album of the year is officially 'The London Sessions' from Mary J Blige.

An outstanding album IMO. Definitely her best album of the last 10 years (at least).
