iplayer and ps3

Hi all,
Im fairly new to PS3. The internet connection is working and I can get iplayer but when u click to watch a program there is nothing to click on to play it. The screen is mainly black just with bbc tabs at top. Anyone any ideas pls?

Are you using the iPlayer app or do you mean you've gone to the website from the internet browser?
