Speaking of Steve, I find him adorable and love his shows, but to me last night he seemed glazed over, not with it and very like someone trying to act like they are enjoying themselves when they aren't. It wasn't nice to see

Seriously.....
People are relieved she did not take someone else's spot again and I would not call those comments "not a nice side".
People react to result in a positive or negative way and after the disgrace of a result that was Thom Evans getting eliminated I think those reactions for Scott / Alison / Judy all going home next is justified.

Thought it was just me!!! That Charleston was woeful, not Marks fault, what he had to work with he did well but the choreography was dire!!

LOL, that would be a bit too obvious (as in rigging the contest)
Glad that Sunetra survived, but sad to see so many people turning against her
Well, at least the producers succeeded in their goal (getting a Samba at Blackpool, the 4th poor slot in a row). At least that means that I will not be invested in the competition anymore in two weeks time (though I would go for major LOL's if Steve turned out to be mega popular and two of the favourites turned up in the dance off
).At least more recording of the finale and then finding out that SEB got a eliminated first (and henceworth erasing the tape). Bit sad that the producers had to turn to that though.
Anyway, good luck everybody with your trained dancers. Will be posting a lot less here, as I can see it all becoming a lot grimmer in the coming week. Perhaps I will only watch the beginning of Saturday's show (to see how Sunetra's doing, LOL!).

I've got to admit I found Judy and Sunetra way more interesting to follow than most of the technically more proficient dancers, although it probably was the right bottom two on technical merit alone.
I just hope that Sunetra can get a bit of a bottom 2 bounce, and stay a few more weeks. I'm sorry to see Judy go, and would much rather we were rid of Mark who makes me want to vomit, or some of the others, who are just dull. Then again, I fear that Judy would have been on the receiving end of a lot of very unfair abuse if she had stayed in much longer, so this was probably a good time for her to go.

I totally agree, my sentiments exactly.
The 8 left in the competition will be on the strictly tour. At least we are now going to get decent dancers on the tour. Judy had to go last night. I am glad Steve has made the tour. It would have been awful if someone else had been voted off last night - hence Judy taking their place on the tour. Absolutely correct result last night.
I for one would not pay money to go and see Judy Murray dance, although I would pay big bucks to go and see her son play tennis.

Voting times were a later than last week so maybe you were too early. - She got plenty of votes from me.

The top eight going on tour is not always the case (Thom is already confirmed to be going on tour and he didn't make the top 8). I'd be surprised if either Jake or Sunetra are on the tour, purely because of their work schedules.

It is a Saturday night entertainment show about celebrities being taught to dance by a pro, performing a dance each week with their pro partner live on TV.
They are marked essentially on their dancing by a panel of 4 judges. Then the public are asked to vote for who they wish to see again the following week. They do so in large numbers, basing their vote on a variety of factors and basically a combination of these factors.
The public vote order is combined with the judges voting order to produce a bottom two. The person then who goes is decided by the judges, essentially based on their dancing.
Someone leaves and repeat the following week.
What not to understand ?! Apologies to all those who "got it" many years ago.
