The Gordana I know pronounces it "jaw-DAR-nuh" but she is but one woman.

I think that there was only one blonde female backing dancer. The other 2 were brunette (I think).
She might possibly be dancing in tonight's dance offs too.
I like Gordana, glad she was given an opportunity yesterday to at least be seen as a "troop" dancer.
Trent also has been very fortunate to have her by his side and her important contribution with choreography in all of his routines which is all for the good and I'm sure a little frustrating for her given the fact that he gets all the credits, but it's all in the name of love

They could have been giving Gordana a trial like they did last year with Joanne. She reminds me more on Iveta in the video than Aliona. The problem isn't which girl pro she would replace as they are multiple female pros who may decide to leave or get 'axed' but the problem is on the male pro side with Robin back there are 8 male pros and Trent, as good as he is, is only there as Robin's replacement.
I was thinking is that Aliona dancing with those other girls for a while then I remember reading on here people saying Gordana looked like her . Very fine mover indeed .
She is stunning and yes a lot like the lovely Aliona. Trent is my new fave male pro, his choreography has been amazing.

None of the pro dancers has a rolling contract, as far as I understand things.
The production team have a free hand as to who they will contract for next year, so Robin won't automatically come back...

It is their choreography, Trent's and Gordana's not just Trent's

Works well for me. Trent and Gordana have had a brilliant time since arriving in the UK in August and I would love to see them both as pros next season.
I think Trent could win in his first year, as has been said, his choreography has been brilliant.

You are right & no one will automatically come back but it does mean that the newbie doesn't take someone else spot.

Trent is heaps and bounds better than Robin. To be honest, the only way I would want to see back Robin is if either Anton or Brendan leave (on their own accord) or that there is one more female celeb. Robin looks like a lovely guy but he is not that creative and certainly both Trent and Tristan are a step up.

But if SCD follows the same pattern as the past few years then, next year, there will be 8 female celebs and seven male
Therefore they will need 8 male Pros, so Robin returning will make 8 , including Trent
And that's before we even get in to the yearly contract thing, meaning no one is guaranteed a place year on year

I completely agree with this but Robin went through injury and seems to be popular.

In 2012 there was 14 - 7 each it has only been 15 - 8,7 the last 2 years yes it is likely they could/will do that. My problem and why I commented in the first place was the assumption that Trent will definitely be on next year show he like all the other pros is on a yearly contract and he was a last minute replacement like Anya who was the best placed female pro last year & she did some of the best choreography and isn't on this series. I would rather have Anya back instead of talking about someone we only seen back in the background. (Saying this she did look very good btw)
