Pretty sure a prerecorded backing track will help.

huh it is big band week where the music is more unpredictable. Do you mean the vocals are prerecorded? Could be a disaster if not in time with a live band lol

More than one...

In fact, today on local radio was an interview with Only the Young who said they regularly changed their song

Paul really started to complain at the wrong time. He should have accepted Bat Out of Hell as it was a song well within his comfort zone, even if he didn't seem to agree. It would have given him some room to maneuver with Don't Stop Me Now and he could have pushed the 'wrong song' route.”

Exactly this....not so sure the decision behind the decision to change songs for SK. ...but u can bet that both Simon and Louis will be milking it for all its worth. .Sk being THEIR creation! !!
Paul, imo, didn't do himself any favours ranting like that over Meatloaf. .unfortunately he is out, as Simon dont like moaners...so he didnt stand a chance really.
I believe he would have done well this week too!!!

Both of you are naive if you think that Paul moaned and was the only on his song choice. He has confirmed that he only said it once and then got on with it and yet nobody give OTY a hard time or Stereo Kicks or Ben about their 'moaning' about songs. You have both fallen for the X Factor Marketing Spin

Nope. ...I saw him having a moan, with my 2 eyes!! Put me off him a little as he sang the song very well in the end. Seems there were a lot going on backstage than I realised. Particularly with the emphasis on Paul listening to his mentor more!!!

Ben got a bad comment, a few weeks back, from Simon, when ben decided to sing a different song to what Simon had picked...state it was a similar version to the original! !!

Btw, theres only one of me, not Both

I was also referring to Fudd who I know - and on top of that your argument does not convince me in the least as I have yet to see you moan about any of the others who whinged about their song and yet got away with it. We will have to agree to disagree but let's just say I think you are incapable of seeing things in an equal way for all contestants and are sounding like one of those people that buy into Cowell's bullshit (unless it is your favourite that is effected)

But you only see what cowell wants you to see in this case paul moaning i bet others have moaned just as much but it isnt shown as you say it put you off paul just what cowell wanted

Does it matter, Paul failure was down to his lack of talent, worst in both Lives and Sing-Offs was why he went last week. Probably for best as he would have struggled with Big Band

And your arguments last night aint convincing me either. ..get over yourself, paul has left the competition, there was a few reasons for this, one of them being that he got the lowest amount of votes. ....FACT!! Paul made a big deal over his song, Ben did too and I had a moan about that, as mentioned in my last post. ......lauren had a moan too, I didnt say much about that, cos out of the 3, her performance was the worst....so she was right to moan and complain, imo, shes no performer, thats for sure!!!

Im not keen on Simon or what he says btw....I have opinions too, and I should be able to air them on this forum....within the terms and conditions, that is! !!

I still think a number of factors were involved in pauls departure and i am still not convinced about the vote.he was nowhere near the least popular on here or social media although the betting had him favourite to go just odd all of it
