Firefox says no to Youtube.
Anybody else having this problem? Been happening for nearly a week, basically firefox refuses to load the youtube website. I have other browsers installed and they work fine, but firefox for some reason isn't. Anybody know what could be causing this to happen? Is there a known bug with firefox at the moment?

Have you switched off automatic Flash playback via a new plugin that was installed (such as Flashblock)? If so, just click the window and Flash videos play.
If not... no idea from my end... |

You probably need to re-install it. I seldom use Firefox as I find Chrome better when it comes to loading websites.

Firefox loads YouTube perfectly okay and plays videos okay for me. Unless, if there was a problem, it's been sorted out.

I would check your Flash setup. If youtube won't play a video check at the very top to see if Firefox is saying that it has prevented the outdated plugin "Adobe Flash" from running on www.youtube.com. Use the Allow option and look the top left for a pop up box to override. Had this problem starting some weeks back when updating Adobe for Explorer, but have not had time to resolve just press the override works.
Check Adobe website and there is an option (when I looked awhile back) to update to a Firefox version of Flash ...... you may then find some issues using Explorer! |
