When did You're Fired go horribly wrong? It used to be a light-hearted chat with the candidate and three celebs. Now it's the 'Dara and chums' show with the candidate barely getting a look in. Some weeks they might as well not be there at all. I'm pretty sure it wasn't like this when Dara initially took over. It was certainly much better back in the days of Adrian Chiles.

Yes, I agree. I'm not sure when it started, but I've been thinking the same way.

Its become 'Mock The Apprentice'. I'm sure the bald fella and Ed wossisname will be on soon enough.

I'd agree that when one of Dara's mates is on it does get too much about Dara. They could probably do better with just two guests - a business expert and one celeb.

I think the criticisms are fair, but equally in the YF recordings I've been to the candidates have been so monumentally dull in their interviews that it's been a real struggle to create interesting footage from some of them.

This could spice things up.
