Do you think Judy would be embarrassed it she won Strictly?

Please no - not win - no no no. If she does then the British public should be totally embarrassed as they really do not know dance

Not sure it needed a new thread but why should she? It's not as if SHE would be responsible for it would it?

Why should she be embarrassed? She has no say over the voting!!

If she does win ( and as much as I like Judy, do not believe she will ) it will be because the Public wanted her to.

She is a breath of fresh air. No tears nor tantrums when she's being criticised.

I couldn't have put it better myself! Judy did well tonight and I loved seeing her heading upwards hanging on to the balloons! Still at the bottom of the scoreboard but she's improving and enjoying herself.

Its time for a mercy killing, let her go quietly into the night.

Over-reaction, much?

I think Judy is t he most adorable lady. She is so sweet. And lucky really to be partnered with Anton who doesn't take it too seriously. She wouldn't be happy with an ambitious partner like, say Brendan.

She is now clearly the weakest left in the competition

She has got to go.

I know everyone loves her, loves an underdog and I do enjoy watching her, Anton is getting on my pip but she is great.

BUT

She has to go, her presence is showing up now just how bad she is in comparison with ALL the others.

Please let her go.

It really is time for her to leave tonight

I can't be the only one who makes a drink/goes to the toilet when it's her turn to dance

She has made it to Blackpool. As a fan of the show she must be so chuffed.
Don't think it would hurt her too much if she went now.
And I have been voting for her from the start.

She does take the criticism each week with a smile and a twinkle in her eye, which is more than some others would in her dance shoes!! Yes, she is not the best in the show but she doesn't get stroppy (unlike her son at times, bless him) and still smiles even when Craig slates her each week, I know he is an excellent judge but at times he does not know when to stop. I would be surprised if she wins this year but as others have said it's not her fault people are voting for her and Anton. It was her best dance tonight.

Its reported in the paper today that she says she would not feel guilty if she reached the final.

I can see why people say they like her but I feel that she could put more into her dances. After all these weeks she really should be a lot better. She is not like Ann Widdicombe or John Sergeant as she knows what to do but to me she doesn't put any effort into it.

She knows she can't dance. The best bit about her routines is afterwards when she goes before the judges. The woman is a sheer delight.

No, I think she would be grateful.

If she wins it'll be purely because the nation loves her, which I think would make her an official National Treasure. She'd have to be delighted about that!

For me, the best part is when the judges are having their say, Judy takes it in such good spirit and Anton is always so supportive and funny.

She does really well to motivate herself each week, considering the low opinion the judges have of her. With the more positive comments and better scores this week, I'm genuinely intrigued to see if this gives Judy a much needed boost!

Don't get it
One minute she's the pushy hard tennis coach, now she's the nation's sweetheart.

Off off and more off.

This is the issue every year. I always thought that too until Judy came along. I think what I like about her is the fact that she doesn't let the criticism get to her and her smile is so genuine. I suspect many of us (I know I would get upset) envy that.

When did they change it from an entertainment show. I gave her all my votes.

She was never a pushy hard tennis coach. She has always been a really charming hard working woman who was also an excellent tennis coach to her sons. my daughter went to a talk she did when she as 12 and said she has remained the single most inspiring speaker she has met.

That surely is the understatement of the year!
