How do you do it with such a big group like Stereo Kicks?

You can't do a profile of them individually every week..

Well you can put more of a focus on the names and a personality quirk for each, but that should have been the early weeks.

Tbh, I don't think they should try to develop them all. Focus on the strong ones, push the others to the background. That's how boy bands work.

For 8 guys, you definitely can't.

Developing James, Jake and Casey or Tom more, it could have been done.

But I'm not sure much people are really interested in them.
