I'm not saying Tess had any choice but it really annoys me with paranoia on shows these days that if anyone even nearly says something remotely dodgy there has to be an apology within 0.001 secs!
okay, i like others no doubt picked up on Len's 'almost' verbal faux pas, but rather than highlight something that many would have missed (youngsters even more so) do they really need to highlight it with an apology to appease the 3 people watching that might have been offended?
I realise the answer to all of this is unfortunately 'yes' they do need to to avoid bad publicity, formal complaints etc but i genuinely feel unless something obviously crosses a line they should let it lie.
