So looking into week 9. Anyone work out what dances everyone has left and what there are likely to be doing??

Pretty sure sunetra is doing the waltz.

No doubt there will probs be another AT

This is what everyone has remaining:

Caroline - Ballroom: Argentine Tango, American Smooth, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz; Latin: Salsa, Charleston (therefore she pretty much HAS to do a Ballroom this week)

Frankie - Ballroom: Argentine Tango, American Smooth, Viennese Waltz; Latin: Jive, Rumba, Salsa (so could be either style)

Jake - Ballroom: Argentine Tango, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz; Latin: Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Charleston (could be either)

Judy - Ballroom: Argentine Tango, Foxtrot; Latin: Jive, Rumba, Salsa, Samba (so should be doing a Latin)

Mark - Ballroom: Argentine Tango, Foxtrot, Tango, Viennese Waltz; Latin: Rumba, Salsa (so should be doing Ballroom)

Pixie - Ballroom: Argentine Tango, American Smooth, Viennese Waltz; Latin: Cha Cha Cha, Salsa, Charleston (could be either)

Simon - Ballroom: American Smooth, Foxtrot, Waltz; Latin: Cha Cha Cha, Salsa, Samba (could be either)

Sunetra - Ballroom: Argentine Tango, Quickstep, Waltz; Latin: Paso Doble, Rumba, Charleston (could be either)

Steve - Ballroom: Argentine Tango, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz; Latin: Jive, Rumba, Samba (could be either)


^ so the only vague certainties are that Caroline and Mark are doing Ballroom, and Judy a Latin.

Neither Caroline or Pixie have done a dance with lifts yet, so I'm thinking one of them will have to this week.

how do u know she is doing waltz... didn't hear anyone announce it...

and sorry didn't realise one had already been created... how do we merge them thennn...

Last year they didn't do two dances till week 11 (and that was swingathon so week 12 really)

I usually want male celebs I like to avoid the party latins but I think that's exactly what Jake needs right now. He's had too many serious dances in a row, and despite the rather forced 'comeback' last night he hasn't done a dance I've enjoyed since his Quickstep (and I still had to watch that twice before I liked it.) He clearly enjoys the upbeat dances more as well, when he's allowed to play someone who isn't a variation of Max Branning, so I'm hoping for a Cha Cha or Samba.

I would rather see Cha Cha Cha as Janette did dance in the words of Nigel Lythgoe as the best damn cha cha he has ever seen and trust me it was good

I imagine Pixie will have Cha Cha since it's unusual to have it quite so late in the series!

I reckon Caroline & Simon will have either Foxtrot or American Smooth- since they're fairly similar. Especially Simon as he won't be doing the Cha Cha as he did it in Christmas Special. Likewise Mark will have either Tango or Argentine Tango.

Jake has the Samba.

Samba for Jake, which could be good, or could be... not.

Tango for Mark, too.
