Presumably Nadia's votes came before the show aired? I thought she came across quite well.

Yes to all of this. I couldn't see anything to object to at all in Nadia tonight.
To be fair to Gemma, I think she was told to, pull out of the helicopter. She was not safe for the rope bridge task.

That's what I was thinking, but was afraid to say so! Also, I think ziplining would have been a bit dangerous. There are large people who seem to be reasonably physically fit, but Gemma doesn't look like one of them.
