Contact lenses?

I could be wrong, but several candidates (Lauren and Sarah from this year, and Uzma from last year) seem to have blue eyes during the main show, but a different colour when appearing on You're Fired. Do the producers specifically request this, is it just a coincidence, a post-production editing trick, or am I just imagining it?? (could just be the colour on my TV!)

I ask this in part because I remember Series 4 (2008) featuring strong colours during the boardroom sessions on the main show, but the colours appeared much more drab during the raw 'recaps' on You're Fired Another poster has also mentioned the fact that most men seem to grow beards during the show!

Maybe Lauren and Sarah naturally have blue eyes. Lauren maybe mixed race (or it depends in genes somewhen in the lineage) plus we can't really see their eyes on You're fired. But I know Uzma wears contact lenses and dyes her hair because she likes that look....

When Lauren answered the early morning phone call in a previous episode (having just woken up) her eyes looked noticeably darker too, although that could've just been the poor lighting / distance from the camera etc....

I think this has been brought up before
They all face a big blue background when in the boardroom that can affect the colour of their eyes

Bianca's the same on task she seems quite pretty or at least doesn't look like a boot (for want of a better word). But in the board room she seems to try to whiten her face, drops the glasses and pulls her hair right back, not a good look IMO.
