Samsung Smart Hub issue.

We have a Samsung Smart TV and it went away to be repaired but since it came back each time we turn it on it goes straight into the smart hub.

so we are getting a box within the smart hub with the TV picture and then we have to press ok on the remote to get the TV pic out of the smart part and into full screen.

is there anyway that we can stop the smart part from starting up whenever we turn the TV on?

before it went for repair it never did it so not sure on why its doing it.

In the Menu, look under "Smart Features" - "On TV Settings" - "Auto Start". If it's set to "On" it will bring up the On TV Page of the Smart Hub automatically at switch on. Change the setting to "Off" and see if that gets rid of your problem.

Brill just done that and its now sorted it out.

Well well well.

I've had this TV for months now and have always been annoyed at how the TV starts in smart mode. I never thought to look for a setting. Thanks to this thread I have now turned this feature off so my TV always starts in full screen.

Thanks
