I have never seen them in the post office on EastEnders although the site does say its a new addition, i know its trivial but was just wondering! |

All over Britain, post offices such as this are closing so its a bit unrealistic that EEs suddenly open one.

I remember it from past episodes, back a few years ago when Laura used to go there. It's not brand new, but most likely the LATEST set constructions.

The post office has been there since 1994 when the set was expanded to include George Street- tells you how up to date the website must be. Or how little they know about their own set.

The post office has been there for ages, I remember it back in the days of Nick Cotton, he tried to get hold of Dot's pension. On Eastenders the continuity is poor, they've probably highlighted the PO just now to try and make us think it is new because it is coming in to a future story. I have come to the conclusion the writers on EE think viewers have very short memories.

They don't know their own set, its a disgrace...
the post office was built in 1993 along with George St when EE went 3x a week. On that "official" map, the Nail bar is in the wrong place, it shows it next to the Launderette - it is in fact opposite the Video Shop. The Snooker Hall has also gone now (the doors of that now read Scarlett) so that should be removed from the map. Apart from that it looks OK! |
