Yesterday I bought a bag from the zara store in Oxford Street. I bought it for my sisters birthday. There was two on display which were scuffed and scratched and asked for a fresh one. I got one packaged up and assumed it was fresh, and I had to leave asap as my train was coming. Anyways I got home and saw it was scuffed as well!! I paid £50 for it and expect a fresh bag, not one with scuffs and fingerprints.

So I was wondering, if I was to order it online then will I get a fresh one or do you think it will be the same?
