Yes, I know she hasn't been in it - that's the point, and that's why it's so puzzling that a lot of us seem to have the same vivid, mental image of her dressed in IAC gear prior to this latest edition of the show.

Me and hubby also thought she had been in it before and had to google it, how strange!

She was heavily tipped by the press to be in it in 2012 but she wasn't, I just wonder if anyone did a mock up of her in the gear at that time or when she was criticising Nadine Dorres for going in as even though I know she didn't go in I still have this vivid image of her in the outfit.

Intact I'm convinced of it. There are similarities.

Another one who could've swore she was in the jungle before, I very strongly thought she was in the series Christopher Biggins won. Strange

I was convinced she'd been on before too! Had a conversation about it at work and 3 others said the same as me. How odd.

Thank god other people thought she had been in too. I could have sworn she was in Janet Street-Porter's year.

I thought she had done IAC before, as I seem to remember the red jacket and hat, but not sure when that was.

You can't mistake Esther for Edwina.

Just found Edwina in a stetson type of hat and wearing a red gillet over her fawn jacket. Maybe that's where we saw her when she first entered this year's show.

She hasn't been on I'm a Celeb before.

Had to look it up to make sure as 2007 is quite a time ago. But if you look at the latest link I posted, you'll see Edwina wearing a hat and red gillet on her fawn jacket, so mystery has been solved. There's a photo on same page which shows several of the contestants wearing same, so it looks sort of a uniform for the series.

Just because Edwina may not have been on the show before, it doesn't mean that the red on the jacket and hat hasn't been seen before.

No. You're not understanding what's being said here. We know it's the jungle uniform so of course it's familiar - all campers wear this every year! - but we're talking about having a collective vivid mental image of Edwina dressed in camp uniform, against the jungle backdrop, and actually in the jungle from a previous series!

It's so weird how we all have the same image. As soon as I think about it, I can see her there, in her hat with darker hair than she has now.

I'm returning to my original theory that she WAS in there, did something too awful for words, had her Govt cronies destroy all evidence and then put some amnesia-inducing drug in the water to remove all memory of her...

...but some of us were immune to it!
