Problem with Amazon Instant Video on Xbox 360

Amazon help hasn't been able to sort this out so I was wondering if anyone on here had any idea. I watch Prime Instant Video on my Kindle and so I tried to installing on the Xbox so that we can both watch it on the TV. It downloads OK, but before it goes to screen 2 (the sign in to Amazon bit) it comes up with a message:

There is a problem. Amazon Instant Video is unable to load at his time. Try later. Error code AT1002.

I have tried removing it from the Xbox and downloading again but that doesn't work. I have had the Xbox for a few years and Lovefilm is still on it. I have also deleted Lovefilm from the harddrive but it still doesn't work.
