Cheap & nasty meals

Cheapest penne pasta/pasta twirls you can find; cheapest tinned tomatoes you can find; cheapest frozen sausages you can find. Grill 3 sausages, chop into bite size pieces, mix in with pasta and tomatoes. Add garlic salt and/or Encona pepper sauce to taste. Voila! A spaghetti bolognese guaranteed to make any passing Italian shoot you on the spot with no qualms whatsoever.

On the plus side, if you are in a bind financially and don't mind eating the same thing every other day, a fiver will sort you out approximately 5-6 good size portions of the above. And it's actually rather nice.

Those Rustlers microwaveable cheeseburgers are minging and smell horrible when microwaving. OMG don't go down that road.

Morrisons meat and potato pies and pasties from the bakers counter are horrible. The meat has no texture it's just some runny gunge. Probably frozen under liquid nitrogen then ground into a fine powder. Seriously unappetising!

Hence me mentioning them here, and their really not that bad for a £1 in taste.
