Like so many BT Yahoo! appear to subscribe to the philosophy of "If it ain't broke fix it until it is" so they have now changed my e-mail.

I cannot find anywhere whereby I can , er, attach attachments and using the 'Help' facility turned out to be a complete waste of time.

Can anyone help me out with this?

Drag and Drop is how it works with BT Mail, have you tried that?

No I haven't. Hadn't thought of it actually but how do you open a window into your computer?

Previously there was a paper clip icon for attachments but that's disappeared on this new effort.

There are major problems with BT Yahoo mail since an underwater cable was cut before the weekend. Today I have been seeing some peculiar versions of web mail when I log in which reverts to the familiar if I refresh the page. FWIW, the attachment clip is still exactly where it has been for years on my BT Yahoo mail

I tried refreshing and then got a message about 'Technical difficulties' so I guess that's what it is. Do you know which areas are affected?

Possibly everywhere in Britain using BT Yahoo mail (it doesn't affect people on BT mail). I haven't been able to access pop email since last week, but can access web mail. Some people haven't been able to access any email for several days. Best keep an eye on the posts in the relevant BTCare forum,
