I'm sure months back it was announced that a major twist would occur in the storyline near the end of the year (not AT the end of the year) - specifically around November time. I don't know whether November was specifically stated but could something big be happening in the next week or so? Or was the big twist the Jay/Ben reveal? I always imagined Emma to be involved in the twist for some reason.

I remember a writer tweeting that a very important event in EastEnders history would be happening in November...can't for the life of me remember who the writer was though.

yeah there was a twist set for November but I think there's secrets coming out this week and next week.

According to spoilers it seems Friday 12th is when that big curveball might be thrown. Not sure as it's vague but this week and next the Lucy Beale plot is starting to heat up again!
