Queen Roisin!
She really did stand out tonight. I love her sophisticated, calm and collected demeanour, and she clearly takes no prisoners - she slayed in that boardroom!
![]() Definitely a serious contender I think. |

I like how she's been seen as a quiet character but when the time came to it in the boardroom she laid the smackdown on James lol.
I thought he was gonna stay after that 'I'm like young Lord Alan' speech he gave but nope

Personally I was very confused about what I've been watching because I never saw Roisin as quiet or EVER in doubt to be fired. She was a finalist for me weeks ago so to see them saying she was so quiet was surprising.

I'm more and more getting the feeling we're going to be in for a repeat of last year, with the men imploding in the weeks ahead, and an all-female final two emerging once again. Katie and Roisin were easily the best performers on their respective teams, and Bianca didn't do anything especially wrong, whereas the men (leaving aside Mark's fluke sale) were just crap.

She's nice I do like her and think she will win. But felt like she did exaggerate too much- All needed of course....since James was harsh towards her.

I think Mark did very well in this task and is absolutely excellent at sales; I don't think it was a fluke at all to close that sale. He is seriously uncreative as was shown last week but his ability at sales will hold him in good stead for next weeks. When it comes to Daniel, Felipe and Sanjay. they'll be flushed out soon as they did very badly across this task. Daniel HAS to go soon; I think he is up with the worst candidates ever alongside Michael from Series 4 for example.
In terms of Roisin, She did well and Lord Sugar's criticism of her was absolutely unfounded; just because she has a quiet disposition doesn't mean she hasn't had very significant input . I think Lord Sugar's criticism of quieter people by their nature as not contributing is annoying. He shouted at Roisin and Solomon for being quiet even though when it came to sales, they did very well. |

I'm glad there is someone I can truly root for this series. The audience were totally put into her shoes and I think everyone was debating with themself when would be the best time for Roisin to dig a hole and bury James in it.
I'm really impressed with her patience. The criticism did annoy me too, but they have to keep up the suspense I guess. Although in the long-run, she either wins and they are trying not to make it so obvious, or she doesn't win and they have to come up with a satisfactory reason why. Judging by the level of support she still seems to have, they have to do a better job of it. |

I'm rooting for Roisin to win too. I think she's great. The criticism that Lord Sugar hadn't seen much of her was totally unfounded. She's been busy in every task and been calm, assured and business like Just because she's not a "look at me" type, doesn't mean she's done nothing! I just hope her business plan is a good un!
She showed great restraint with James tonight. if it had been me, i've have wanted to strangle him. Glad James has gone. |

Same that confused me too... Perhaps they were finding fault for the sake of finding fault. Karen had a lot of praise for Roisin, and I got the impression they were balancing out that praise with any criticism they could find. It was obvious to the viewer that Roisin wasn't in any danger of going anyway.
It was another rambling LS attempt at adding drama - by pretending any of three could go. He genuinely has no idea of what goes on or who is good, and he needs boardroom arguments to tell him what he thinks he needs to know. She hasn't been in the last 3 in the boardroom except when she lost as PM , so he genuinely hasn't noticed her. She's an accountant, so he had written her off. She's doing well but making no dramatic impression so they are creating her a storyline - its the same as Leah's "late run" story last year. that too started with a strong boardroom defence. |

There's the general " it was nonsense" explanation of his remarks. Or several others.

Roisin definitely did an excellent job tonight, that being said I think she's been excellent throughout but she did stand out tonight by far. She could've led a mutiny against James and stirred up a lot of trouble for him by telling Bianca, Sanjay and Solomon what had actually happened but she held back for the sake of the team. She also could have had a huge argument with James the day they were selling the lawnmowers when he was constantly nit picking at her and trying to undermine her and make her feel small, she didn't let that get to her and made a sale anyway despite James clearly being on her case as he felt threatened by her.
I don't know whether it was the edit but I was disappointed that Sanjay, Bianca and Solomon didn't back her up regarding what she had to say about James in the boardroom. I kind of expected Sanjay and Solomon to remain quiet as they seemed quite pally with James but it shocked me that Bianca didn't have the guts to back her up. Bianca clearly just wanted to save her own skin and backed out from having a go at James because she didn't want to go into the boardroom again, I am disappointed in her for that. |

Queen Roisin. She definitely peaked this week. She was bullied by James and was on the verge of tears but she held it in, and laid a smackdown in the boardroom. Brilliant
I was surprised LS would say Roisin had been quiet in the process. TV viewers would definitely disagree. |

She's performed well, well enough to hardly feature in the boardroom. Had I been Roisin I'd have driven the bloody mower over James' head

While I thinks she's a real contender, lets not forget when she PM'd she messed up and that was down to figures and costing, not a good show from an accountant. She sold exactly the same as James (1) even with her "know all the details and facts" over James's "just flog it attitude"
But James was an ass last night, and if I was her I think I'd of punched his lights out. He did come across as very likable on YHF and I can see why he stayed in so long. I did wonder why they didn't mention his BP on YBF. |

![]() Lets face it, Roisin shouldn't have been in that boardroom. She sold as much as James and was completely on the money in her criticisms of the dumb way James ran the team. |

I think it comes from the fact that she hasn't been in the boardroom, that much (twice, I think) and isn't a "screamer and a billy bullshitter". But I do wonder wether she can win, it will come down to her BP.
Her claim in "inventing a board game and it selling well" was stretching the truth a little. She came up with an idea, that's basically all ready out there, just changed it slightly. And they landed on their feet, that their focus group was actually their target market, had they taken that to the "professional boardgamers" they would of laughed at it. |
