Think that Felipe came across the worst from that team. Also his arguments (both on the task and in the boardroom) were very weak and seemed made up on the spot.

You have got to hand it to Mark though, exposing a weak PM and getting Daniel to go totally crazy on the task. He has his trump cards at the ready if they lose next week.

I agree. I'd worry about employing Mark because I reckon you'd have to watch your back constantly as he spent his life stabbing you from behind. Great candidate but a complete snake

In a normal employment situation I'd agree too - however, he will in effect be running his own company, with the help of both the money LS invests and the expertise. Should he win, he'll have little need of the more unpleasant traits he's displayed over the series.

^^from 1 Simpsons fan to another, gotta agree, Mark seems to be looking good on tasks etc, only to be lined up for a massive fall at the interview stage. Being Australian they're going to have to dig deep into his background.

This is another thing Mark will do well at, he'll be able to handle Claude

Daniel on the other hand...will fall apart and blubber wildly as Claude rips him to pieces.

Leah last year handled Claude the best - she was outstanding and you could tell he was impressed.
As for Mark and Daniel, if they make it that fair, they're definitely in for a grilling. Claude loves to dismantle egos

I can never decide how much emphasis (if any) AS places on people being likeable. Mark is often quite horrible: massive ego, obviously enjoys nothing more than jeering at other people; but he does seem quite a sharp operator. I'm normally on the side of underdogs though, and Daniel is becoming an exception. If he's not moaning about something, he always looks as if he is just about to start.

Sanjay is the real moaner. Constantly critical of decisions but brings nothing to the table himself. A real energy drain with his negativity.

I agree with this. He made a couple of very good decisions which probably won them the task.

1) He chose Daniel to go with Katie, knowing that she handles him well, and also at the same time keeping Daniel and Mark separate, and being able to keep his own eye on Mark.

2) By choosing Mark to sell the expensive items, he chose the best salesmen (and saleswoman in Katie) which probably won them the task.

I don't think it was weakness that half way through the day he wanted Daniel to go over to the hot tubs. Felipe was just desperate to have a break from his tantruming.
