How did Roisin keep so calm around James?
He constantly talked about how she was undermining him when it was the other way round! I'm amazed at how calm she was- anyone else would have gone mad at him. And then Sugar was all nice to him at the end, like he was hard done by. So glad James has gone- absolute tool.

Yep I said in an other post how she didn't punch is lights out I'll never know. But to be fair she's an accountant they're usually quite boring and keep their feet on the ground.
James came across well on YBF, so it would seem he's likable when not on task. |

James is really immature, I thought Roisin handled him really well and did well not to stoop to his level. She's a professional and smart and that showed in the last episode, I can see her reaching the final.

I thought he came across well on YBF which is a more a true reflection of the person. Still wonder what his BP was, they skirted around that, maybe he doesn't what anyone to know.

Or maybe it would have made the programme better? Who knows. |

![]() I was so angry at Sugar's attitude in the board room towards him and even excusing his bad behaviour and then to give him 'with regret' in his firing .

Ah, I thought the opposite. I felt he tried to polish himself up nicely, but his real personality leaked out around the edges a little too often. He was certainly helped by the fact that the panel mostly decided not to go too hard on him. I know some people were baying for blood, but it wouldn't have made for much of a programme if he had stormed off set in a huff after 5 minutes after he'd been called out for his behaviour repeatedly.
Or maybe it would have made the programme better? Who knows. James is a nasty little gobshite and I'm glad he's gone. |

Nasty piece of work: will not be surprised to hear more of him in relation to further criminal assaults... |

Because she's a professional. In business you sometimes come across people like James who are idiots. You keep calm, identify their weaknesses and move on. After a while you learn how to deal with them like Rosin clearly has.
The only difference is that the one who works for me is 52 years old and will never learn now whereas at least James has youth on his side and could mature |

Yep. James reminds me of someone who works for me in that his opinion of his own business skills are a world apart from the reality and that he attacks as a form of defence. You learn how to deal with people like that in a professional manner and how to approach difficult conversations with them when, in reality, you would love to give them a slap.

Any of these three would be good winners for me. Daniel is way too agressive and easily upset. |

Luisa (finalist from last year):
Luisa Zissman @TheLuluLife Rosin is like an angel, I think I would have run James over with a lawn mower by now.... |

Wouldn't say worst, he did win one task, not the greatest PM but not the worst.

You can see the difference in their general manner, James is very much a rush ahead and try and fix the f'ups if possible afterwards, while Roisin's more of the bean counter which means she spends those extra moments having an actual thought on what to do so theres no need to do much fixing of the problems, so we saw the 6P's in action

Trouble is sometimes in business you need action, not debating and thinking too much. I wonder if Roisin is too much of a thinker?

Not anyone else. Bianca managed to keep it together when he threw his toys out the pram too. Last nights program showed that along with all his other evident ego flaws, James also has a problem with assured women and I am so gald he's gone.
Daniel is immature and couldn't sell water in a desert but is ten times more trustworthy than Mark. Mark is good, but to me he's exactly what James would be if he was taller and had more of an education. Agree Daniel is honest, but way too pushy. |
