Could we PLEASE move past this now? Can we possibly see some of the others do a trial? I'm sorry but we should cap each celeb at 3 trials, whereupon they are immune.

Its making the show less entertaining for sure. I want to see Nadia do a trial it'd be interesting to see what's she made of.

But the "morons" you refer to perhaps see a kindrid spirit on the basis of "it takes one to know one" |

I never really understand why anyone would spend money voting for trials. Seems a bit pathetic and a waste of money.

And by doing so and usually making sure the camp goes hungry they are playing into her hands and giving her airtime.

I'm actually inclined to think that after her performance tonight, Kendra would have been safe, had it not been a double trial. The moment she had that bust up with Edwina, they were always going to be paired together if a double trial came up.

Must admit that whether she is winning 1 star or 10 I still find her bloody annoying. That constant monologue of "oh my gaad, ew, ew ew, oh my gaad, ew ew ew SHRIEK oh my gaad , ew, SHRIEK!" During the endurance task, I thought the real endurance was having to listen to that non-stop.

I know - it spoils the show after a while. New rules for next year, cap it at 3 trials each.

I agree as well at capping the amount they do. I think the majority go for the person who seems weakest at times and then just stick on them because it causes more drama in camp when they are all hungry and irritable. I'd rather see them all get a chance just for variety.
The trial Kendra got 10 in seemed a lot easier than the one before where she had to stick her head through the paintings. That one was just evil! |

She did good tonight though, didn't she? All of a sudden, my goodness. Yes indeed, we believe that she conquered her fear of cockroaches thanks to... Ant and Dec. Yes it's all very believable.

And yes, I really wish the public would vote someone else for the trials. |

In fairness, this trial was a lot easier than her previous trials. Once the door of each cupboard was opened, half of the cockroaches etc. fell out and she merely had to twist the star for a few seconds. It made a lot of sense that she succeeded at this one, given how easy it was to avoid contact with the bugs.
And yes, I really wish the public would vote someone else for the trials. |

I agree that Kendra doing all the trials is tedious but they like it this way. If the trials were shared among & the more capable campmates and they got 10/10 every task, no-one would be hungry & the production team would worry that the situation wouldn't make for good TV! Having said that, PLEASE let someone else have a turn!

Maybe they should have a rule where if you did the last trial then you are excluded from the next. That would mean you would at most only be up half the time - which is still a lot from a group of ten - but still gives others a chance too.
Is there any rule at all right now or is it just most votes from everyone each trial (with some excluded occasionally on medical grounds)? Could the same person do every trial? Also, how many trials so far and how many has each contestant had to do? Sorry for lots of questions. I've missed quite a lot of this series. (Just did a quick google and apparently Helen Flanagan had to do the most consecutive trials (7), and Janice Dickinson did the most trials in a series (10).) |

Sorry if you're a Kendra fan, but traditionally the campmates least liked by the public (usually because they're attention-seeking, or frightened of their own shadow) are the ones voted to do the trials. Again and again and again if they don't mend their irritating ways. Viewers cannot understand (and with reason) why people who are afraid of numerous things would even consider being on the programme. The only answer would appear to be ... arrogance - because they haven't bothered to do the research and find out what is expected of them, they just want to be on tv and get as much screen-time as possible. The GBP hate that. Had she stayed the Essex girl would have been voted for trial after trial, and she obviously knew that and dipped out. |
