I was just wondering who here watches the audition videos on the website? If so, at which point? When they are first up, or a bit later?

I usually watch them eventually, but I prefer not to do it until we're a good way through the series, just because I like to be introduced to the candidates in the first episode without any preconceptions of them.

I watch them all before the start of the series. In fact, I'm quite proud of the fact that I picked Roisin to win based on the vids! To watch them you need to go on the clips tab on the Apprentice website and then go through until you get to pre-series and once you get there, they'll all be there.

To clarify, I wasn't actually asking how to do it, just wondering who amongst the forums watches them and who doesn't. I went through all of them today, it was interesting to see.

There have been a couple of series that I've gone through them all before the start, but I find it more exciting to go into the first episode not knowing who the candidates are.

Out of curiosity I had a look at some of the audition videos. Steven's one was hilarious, I'd be hard pushed to find anyone as up himself, big headed and arrogant as him. He came across as completely delusional.
It gave me a good laugh though.

I watched the audition videos before the series started. Roisin was one of my favourites My other favourites were Nurun and James

I also loved Steven's for comedy value, that didn't change when I saw him doing tasks

I watched them all beforehand. Love how they all represent the candidates so well
