I know james has gone now and it's all over for him but he was an arrogant, rude, cocky little sh*t who showed extreme chauvinism at times yet all I keep hearing from Lord Sugar, Karen and Nick is how good he is and how far he will go.

In all the years I have been watching the apprentice I have never heard the panel say "this person is going to go far" etc, and especially not about someone who is as antagonistic as James.

He was childish, a bully and the way he was "limbering up" in the boardroom was a joke!

Other characteristics he had were vain, proud and narcisistic.

Ultimately, the worst thing about him was that he was a guiltless liar.

The only thing going for him in my eyes is that he is FIT. I'll give him that!

I agree that I couldn't understand why they were all going on about how good he was. He was simply rubbish and will make a mess of everything he does.

Al's said plenty of times that he thinks fired candidates will do well, most notably for me Debra Barr.

Can I just ask, what was chauvinistic about him? I've heard that referred to many times, that he is sexist/misogynistic etc, and I don't recall him expressing any opinions of that sort. He certainly didn't get on with many of the girls, but I wouldn't say that that necessarily means anything.

For the record, I'm not exactly a James fan, but I don't see where that comment is coming from.

I think it was his more general attitude to the girls. He was belittling to Roisin and Bianca at various points in a way he wasn't with the guys. Plus it could also be seen as general bully like behavior, picking on those who he perceives to be weaker?

One thing that irked me was the way he referred to them as 'xxxx lady', like oh yes she's a clever lady. Not necessarily sexist but just rubbed me the wrong way.

Yes exactly and he would never dream of being so rude to any of the boys the way he was with the girls. Admittedly he was slightly flippant with everyone on his last task but that was for obvious reasons.

He certainly is. I am very thankful to the forum member who pointed out that he has a cute little bubble bum. I couldn't stop looking at it after it had come to my attention!

The only one I have left to perv at is Solomon. Both my favourite girls to look at and now my favourite boy has gone. He was a crap candidate though!

I don't reckon he'll go far, apparently he's had two businesses go bankrupt?

Oh yes squatch...he did have a nice bum and he is cute but boy does he know it. To be fair to him though, I saw him on "You're Fired" (last night) and I don't know how long ago the Apprentice was recorded but he actually came across a lot more mature and actually admitted to being a bit of an idiot and said he would have done things differently if he had the chance again and not have been so rude, arrogant etc. I thought that was very noble of him.

That aside, he was still CBC......................

Crap but Cute! Hehe

Damage control to try and salvage what's left of his business reputation.

True, the YBF appearances mean nothing these days as they've been PR coached to the high heavens by then.

Yes but she was very smart and had good business sense. She was also competent, well s[poken and quite likeable. her biggest sin was to point out that Nick was talking rubbish., as he often does.

James was unpleasant, looked impossible to work with, didn't think much, couldn't deal with detail, couldn't articulate anything much, , and was quite capable of doing something very stupid, or giving stuff away just so he could sell something.

Not sure how good his Lordship is at spotting people who will do very well. Some of his favourites haven't, and most of the shows highest flyers he let go - often for silly reasons. .

Aw he was really sweet on You're Fired... just like a little puppy!

At least he doesn't take himself too seriously.
