It took me a few days to work out why her hairstyle looked weird (to me)

Why choose a hairstyle that makes it look as though you are wearing a wig?

I was thinking the same, maybe she did decide to wear a wig .

Love Alice, she was great on BB and the only interesting contributor on that other show .

I agree she was good on the BBBOTS shows. She hasn't seemed as sharp this time though.

If she married an Orthodox man than it will be a wig...I assume she's Jewish with the name Levine.

Like all these ridiculous religions the women are burdened with rules while the men can do practically what they like .

I thought the same. Perhaps it's jet lag? She's normally sharper, more articulate.

And, I like her hair. It's part of her look IMO, sort of ladylike '50s. Quite 'hip' really.

I worked in Golders Green for a while and to be fair the men seemed to be sticking to quite a few rules regarding clothes and hair as well.

I do agree, however, that it is normally women that bear the burden of the rules.

Any individual or group that needs to subjugate other individuals or groups. Rape is another method.
